These terms govern your use of gbxd, an online video game diary.
gbxd is an online service for discovering, reviewing, and tracking video games. By using the site you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
You need an account to publish reviews, lists, or a diary. You must be at least 16, or the higher minimum age required to consent in your country.
You are responsible for your password and for activity on your account. Tell us if you think someone accessed it without permission.
Reviews, lists, comments, profile photos, and other text you post remain yours. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display them on gbxd and to promote the service.
Do not post illegal content, spam, harassment, impersonation, malware, or material that infringes other people's rights. We may hide or delete content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Game data and artwork come from the IGDB API, a Twitch service. gbxd is not affiliated with IGDB or Twitch. That information may change or be incomplete.
The site may show ads from Google AdSense or other providers. Advertising cookies are described in the cookie policy and require your consent where the law says so.
gbxd is provided “as is”. There may be outages, bugs, or changes. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or that recommendations will be accurate.
To the extent allowed by law, gbxd is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits arising from use of the site or from other users' content.
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will note it on this page. Continued use of gbxd after an update means you accept the new version.
